All applicants must register for the Conference and must be physically available to present the Poster/ Podium presentation

General Instructions:
- Last date for receipt of abstract is 7th July 2024.
- Not more than 2 papers will be accepted from the same presenter.
- Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the abstract to any session it deems fit.
- Proof of Registration of the presenter in ABSICON 2024 is a must for accepting any paper & Poster
- The abstract of the Paper & Poster, covering letter with declaration, and proof of registration shall be uploaded to ABSICON 2024 portal
- ABSI offers various awards and travel grants. To be considered for the awards, the presenting author needs to check the appropriate box while submitting the abstract.
- It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure the eligibility criteria for the consideration of awards is met by them.
- Last date to withdraw the abstract from ABSICON is 7th July 2024
Guidelines for Poster presentation:
- All posters should be in the physical format only.
- Full length original scientific work, case reports, surgical techniques etc can be submitted.
- The size of the poster should be 33’x45’ (84cm Horizontal x 114cm Vertical) in portrait orientation.
- The Header should contain an attractive title, Presenting authors name to be underlined, Department and Institution name
- The presenters are expected to present the poster for 5 minutes virtually, where they will be evaluated by judges.
- The selected posters will have to be presented in the podium for awards.
Guidelines for Paper presentation:
- All the presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The first slide of the presentation should be a title slide containing only the title and name of the presenter, institution name or guide’s name should not be mentioned either in the title slide or anywhere else in the presentation.
- The duration of presentation is 7 minutes + 3 minutes discussion (subject to change)
- The presenter is expected to present the paper within the provided time slot.
- The above guidelines must be followed strictly. Any discrepancies shall lead to automatic disqualification.
Guidelines for abstract:
- Use Word format and Times New Roman letters.
- Title in all capitals and text in single spacing with font size 12 for both.
- Should contain less than 300 words.
- The abstract must contain INTRODUCTION, AIMS & OBJECTIVES, METHODS, RESULTS & CONCLUSION.
- Comments like “Results will be discussed” will not be accepted.
- All single case reports will be included in poster category only.
